Ordering Chew is easy!
- Choose your meals and sides for each date.
- Enter in quantities for the dates you wish to order for. If you want to skip a day, just leave it blank!
- Once you’ve entered in your order quantities, click on the Checkout button.
- Review your order and make quantity changes if necessary. If you’ve made changes, be sure to click the Update Order button.
- If you’re having your meals delivered directly to you, enter in your delivery address here. If not, leave this section blank.
- If you’ll be picking up your meals, select your pickup location. Add any additional notes or instructions if needed.
- Enter your billing information.
- Enter your credit card information and click Checkout when you’re done!

What is Piggybacking?
For example: Jim Jones and Susan Smith work in the same office together. Jim purchases meal service and pays for delivery to the office. Sue, with the permission of Jim, can also purchase meal service and specify in the additional instructions in the delivery service section of checkout that she wishes to “Piggyback my order with Jim Jones”. Susan would not incur a delivery fee. Please note: You must have permission to piggyback from the paying client ahead of delivery time. This is not the responsibility of The 7th Element or Chew.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel orders please send an email to sales@the7thelement.com. Email cancellation requests must be done by midnight of the day prior to your receipt of food. In your e-mail please include the following: first and last name, order number, email address and the day you wish to cancel service for. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. Your account will be credited for the cancellation, you will not receive a refund. This credit may be used for future food service purchases over the next 30 days.
