Wow – 2013 is almost over –
how fast the time flies!
This past year has been a very busy one and a time for me to take a good look at what I am doing in my teaching and guidance practices.
I have made a very difficult decision to stop teaching live cooking classes at Full O’ Life Market and focus on a more accessible platform for my offerings and decided to create an online educational program which is launching in the beginning of the new year.
I apologize for the cancellation of these last classes but with this new venture has come new obligations which are keeping me very, very busy and I have to be elsewhere this week.
I have truly enjoyed teaching these past seven years at the market and want to thank all my students for their support over the years. I love what I do because I love helping people change their lives for the better. Thanks for letting me witness that and be a part of it all!
And don’t worry – we will still get together for other events –
